The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Ideal set up and location for business travellers. Relax after a tough day in this calm, stylish space. Listen to the birds in the morning. Have occasional visits from two of our cheeky and inquisitive cats. Park for free on the drive. You will have your own private entrance. It is a loft conversion built to a high standard by my husband Jon. Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

Had a great stay on our walk from Winchester to Canterbury. Both hosts were very friendly. The roam was as described and we were very great full for the breakfast we received ( Had no luck with pubs in our hike). Can only recommend staying here.

I needed a few nights away as a retreat, to read and pray and this was a perfect environment. An annex with separate entrance where I could be by myself, or sit in the garden if I chose. Jane was warm and helpful and was flexible about arrangements. I was very happy.

We stayed at Shirley's home for three weeks while visiting family in Farnham. This airbnb is a beautiful home in the heart of Farnham. Ideally located in a quiet street and just a short 5-10 minutes walk to central Farnham. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable and large. Shirley is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome in her home throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Historic countryside house with infrared sauna

Magdalena’s cottage in Tilford is just bliss. We absolutely loved our daily walks up to the top of Crooksbury hill directly from the cottage. The seperate little outhouses work really well for longer stays. I really enjoyed the infrared sauna. My kids highlight was the spa bath which lights up and bubbles. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with everything you need to prepare a proper meal, with inclusions like milk, tea coffee, salt pepper and spices. The quality bathroom products and bath salts were a lovely extra. Thank you. We’ll be back.
