The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. Stifanici is a small authentic village easily accessible . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout summer. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
