The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. Feel like being at home

A little house for yourselves. 3 Sleeping Rooms (2 big, 1 small), a big kitchen/living room combo, a small bathroom. 1 parking spot on our ground. Close to public transport (22 min to downtown Munich or 30 min to the October festival) or 15 minutes by car to the convention center. It is our wish that you feel cosy in our place (our house is next to you) so we will try to guide and help you where possible as we traveled a lot ourself. It all depends on your kindness.
