Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Our apartment "Resi" is centrally located in the bathing area and within walking distance of the Isar, the historic Markstraße and the spa park. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. During the Bavarian holidays, Easter, Pentecost and Christmas, the apartment is available from a minimum stay of 5 nights. Otherwise, I rent the apartment from 4 nights

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.
