Vacation rentals with a patio in Bacvice Beach

We had to leave our previous Airbnb unexpectedly due to a sewage issue and Viktor was an absolute lifesaver. He accepted our booking at short notice, let us check in early, and allowed a late checkout to suit our evening flight. That flexibility made such a difference for us as a family. The apartment was spotless, well set up, and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect for a family with two small children who really enjoyed the outdoor space. It was exactly what we needed after a stressful situation. We’re so grateful for Viktor’s kindness and support. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Split.

Davorka was an absolutely amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The apartment was stunning: beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. She welcomed us with a lovely charcuterie plate featuring cheese, prosciutto, fresh fruit, and cold beverages—such a thoughtful and warm gesture. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the wonderful recommendations she shared. It was the perfect start to our stay!

Great location, comfy bed, comfy couch, awesome hosts. We enjoyed our 2 weeks in this apartment situated just at the edge of old town. It's close enough to walk to all the fun stuff (including the waterfront) and not overly touristy. The washer, oven, cooktop, and dishwasher all worked great. Shower was awesome with good water pressure and hot water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioner blows cold and kept the apartment comfortable with the warm days. Balcony is lovely with a city view including the bell tower in Diocletian's palace (and the parking lot below the apartment). Some city noise, but nothing out of the ordinary or that bothered us. Very quiet at night. Hosts were amazing, especially as we decided to extend our stay. This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Easy to access and in a great location. Hosts were great at communicating and helpful with recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location, great hosts.

This well appointed apartment is right on the water in Split, just a few minute walk from the main part of the town. The apartment has been recently renovated and has modern amenities. Access to the unit is through a shared hallway. The fabulous weather allowed us to use the balcony each day, lingering each morning as we planned our day. The bedrooms are large and each has their own air conditioning system. Our party of 4 adults was easily accommodated in this apartment. Our host was awesome, very friendly and generous. We just loved this wonderful spot and recommend it if you are planning a trip to Split.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in the heart of Split. Was only a few moments walk to all the bars, restaurants and the beach front. The apartment had everything we needed and matched the description perfectly. The hot tub and outside balcony were an added bonus and we will definitely try and stay here again if we return to Split. Lovely, helpful host, only downside was that we weren’t staying longer.

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well-equipped, stayed cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The apartment was as advertised, clean and tidy. Cozy but very well designed. Location was perfect, very centrally located between the old town, the water and the local hood, where nice restaurants and bars are frequented by locals. My wife and our adult daughter and son, enjoyed the three bedroom, two bath apartment. The unit consists of three levels, kitchen/living, first floor, lg bedroom and bathroom on second floor (laundry in bathroom) and a two bedrooms and bathroom on third floor. For us, it was very comfortable and private. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Magnus’ recommendations were A1, he was in touch with us since the day before to make asking if we needed anything.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Great little place for a short stay. The stairs to the apartment are quite narrow and steep so would just suggest you’re ok to carry your luggage up and down. But overall a great little stay.

This apartment was wonderful. It was close enough to everything but also very quiet. It was only a short 5 minute walk to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Since I was traveling with my parents, it was so nice to have two separate apartments so we each had our own space to spread out our belongings. Both apartments were very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great small apartment that was perfect for our stay. Everything you needed was available and even added extras. Parking was a bonus and very convenient. Zeljana met us and was very helpful with the area and wonderful. Overall great stay.

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Simply amazing from start to finish! Boze has officially set the bar so high for Airbnb hosts that I fear I will forever be disappointed in anyone else! He communicated with me from the very beginning and made sure we had everything we needed. Including going above and beyond and coordinated transporting from the airport for us. He also sent a guide of the area with local recommendations for food, activities and beaches that were helpful. His place was just as described and immaculate. Very walkable to old town and the port. I can not begin to fully describe just how happy these weary travelers were and wish we had more than 1 night there.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!

I am very pleased with the hospitality, comfort and cleanliness of the apartment. Martina is a wonderful host. She was always happy and quick to respond to messages, and gave recommendations for a tour of Split. I'd love to come back!!! :)
