One large bedroom with bath and beautiful water view. Key pad entry. The suite is a newly built totally private, extension on the house. You can walk across the field to the tidal marsh and onto the shingle beach. Guests, hike, bike and bird watch. 7 miles to a local restaurant and 13 miles into Eastport for whale watching, shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lubec is a 45 minute drive away. Your private entrance by keypad. The shared space is the front yard. Your driveway space is yours.

The Whale of a View Cottage has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean and the whales, seals and eagles that pass by the cottage. The Whale cottage is private and sits on a cliff overlooking the water. The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks. Lovely, newly renovated, but retro influenced studio on a large lot away from the street. Come by, cool off (it's always cooler in Blacks) and watch the deer play. No deer? Look to the sky and you may see a bald eagle. Within a few blocks is the Kitchen restaurant, Irving / liquor store, the harbour, Connor Bros & Cooke's Aquaculture. A bit further is the Grand Manan ferry, sea glass beach, Connor Bros Nature Preserve and the Pea Point Lighthouse.
