We really enjoyed our stay! The flat is very central, making it easy to walk everywhere. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.

we were there during some road construction so it was really quiet. No work was being done so very little traffic. the place was so cute and clean. we were sad to only be there for one night. Thibaut allowed for us to checkin early and out late due to a tasting time which was very generous. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay near the tasting rooms in Epernay.

What a fabulous apartment! The garage is great - and big! Super for putting the car in and leaving. The apartment had everything you might need for a comfortable stay and was really central to Epernay - but away from traffic and noise. We really enjoyed our stay. The recommendations from Geri and Sarah were fab - we visited their friend’s vineyard and we’d also recommend people read the guest book on arrival for other ideas re where to visit. We needed more time so will definitely return to see more. 100% recommend this apartment!

We had a very nice trip to Reims and celebrated our birthdays. It was very cozy to stay in the apartment, unfortunately there was no air conditioning so it got very hot when it was 30 degrees outside. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thanks for the stay!

We had a great stay. Everything was as Advertised. Check in was easy. It was a VERY well equipped apartment. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that it’s a 20 minute drive to Reims. But it’s very beautiful and peaceful.

Our stay at Olivier’s apartment was nothing less than perfect. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities that made the stay so comfortable and welcoming. It is situated steps away from the cathedral. Olivier was quick to respond to our queries. I would highly recommend this apartment!

The house was exactly what we hoped for. Peaceful in the countryside yet close to the city to see the sights. We had a bit of a snafu upon check-in but Julie was quick to find a solution that worked well for our family. I wish we had an opportunity to have a champagne tasting but the timing never worked out. However, Julie provided a bottle that was divine... Thanks, Julie!

What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a lovely garden with private swimming pool, that's just enjoying. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and enter the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

Great place to stay with a beautiful garden, tidy environment, space for a car in a lock-up yard. As we were in June, we were able to feast on the cherries growing in the garden which was a great bonus. Everything was very neat and clean, everything is thought of - the house has conditioners in every room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, everything was very good. Very close to Epernay as well as being close to La Champenoise run, kaa was a 3 minute walk. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

Céline is a very nice host! She was great in communication and we could always contact her for information about the house, questions or surroundings. She had very clear instructions about the house. The house was very clean and perfect for 4 friends. Would recommend.

Our stay at Marie-Ange's house was really great! Her house is very nice, we felt very comfortable there. And the garden is really beautiful, very idyllic! We practically spent our entire stay in the garden. The house is very clean, the bed sleeps wonderfully and Marie-Ange had arranged a cot for our son. Furthermore, there is a horse and chickens in the garden which is very cozy. And above all, Marie-Ange is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you Marie-Ange!!

This apartment perfectly met our needs for a couple nights in Epernay! It’s very comfortable, good location with parking, and as described in the listing. Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—she had a bottle of champagne, fruit juices, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing trip to the Champagne Valley. The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great location - walkable to all of Ave de Champagne and Centre-Ville. Raynald was immediately responsive and willing to work with us on check-in time. The space was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt like home - we were able to relax immediately.

We were visiting our daughter who is working in Reims. The location was perfect (just down the road from her apartment). The location is in central Reims so easy walking distance to the Cathedral and shopping area. Tourist Office just up the road. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We were met by the cleaner, who gave us the keys and explained everything. Marie was easy to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again next time we're in Reims.

A fantastic little apartment with everything you could need while exploring Reims and the Champagne area! We were extremely comfortable and loved the little balcony where we could enjoy meals while hearing the birdsong from the park. As we were travelling by motorcycle, having secure parking that wasn't visible from the street was especially appreciated. Would definitely stay again!
