Mini-Oase im Moor bei Bremen

Die kleine Bauwagen-Oase ist wirklich klein und charmant-rustikal, aber bietet auf kleinstem Raum mit Terrasse alles was man braucht und vor allem: Ruhe und Natur. 30km von Bremen, 3,5km vom Bahnhof Oldenbüttel und 3,5 km von Hambergen (diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) liegt diese Mini-Oase am Rand einer kleinen Wochenendhaussiedlung. Es wirkt weit weg, ist es dank guter Anbindung und einiger netter Nachbarn aber gar nicht.

Welcome to my home. What makes the location of this apartment so special is that it is very quiet here and you can simply enjoy every day. In front of the door there is only a 30 km/h road and behind it there is a forest. There is also a moor here that is a nature reserve and the Stotler bathing lake is not far away. Shut down, switch off, be happy.

In fußläufiger Nähe zum Zentrum Osterholz-Scharmbecks liegt dieses im Frühling 2024 fertiggestellte kleine Apartment im EG einer ruhigen Straße. Der Außenbereich ist noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt und es finden noch Arbeiten an den Terassen, Parkplätzen und des Gartens statt.
