Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

We welcome dogs and are happy to have them staying with a fee of 10 pounds per dog for the entire booking. This is not billed by Airbnb and guests should leave this payment in the property when they leave.

The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Located in the pretty seaside town of Charmouth part of the Jurassic Coastline. The beach is world renowned for fossil hunting and is just a 10 minute stroll away.
