House vacation rentals in Avondale Estates

Such an amazing stay. Was there to celebrate my GF birthday and Kathryn even helped with a cute birthday surprise. This house has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Was only able to enjoy the pool for a little while as our itinerary was booked up, but my GF loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend to others, and I would book this Airbnb again.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

I took my family here for a week to visit six flags and other places Atlanta has to offer and I have to say I felt right at home. The location was easy access to everything we wanted to do for the week. I couldn’t be more happier with the week I spent at Alex’s home. Felt like home. Had all the amenities we needed for the week. Not much more I can say just a great place to stay with a great host. Loved it. Would definitely be returning next time we visit Atlanta. Would highly recommend

Hosts responsive and attentive. Home is excellent for kids. The den is far enough away from the other living area that noise isn’t a problem. Adequate basic startups included.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

The home was very beautiful exactly like the photos online. Very pleased with the host excellent communication and instructions . This house checks all the boxes: parking (we had 2 cars), close to Emory, enough bedrooms, a kitchen with all the pots and pans that you’d need, and a very responsive host. Jason checked up on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were ok. We’ll stay here again.

Trish's place is amazing!! It was perfect for me to settle in after my long flight, getting used to the local timezone and being in a new place. I was working remotely and had a perfect setup in the apartment. It felt homely and a comfortable space to work, but also to hang out in the sun in the garden for a break. (the dog is very cute and came to have a little sniffle) It's right between Decatur and Oakhurst and an easy walk to both suburbs where you can find nice eateries and deli style markets to get a few basics. I strolled into Oakhurst every morning to get a drip coffee from the local cafe which I very much enjoyed, everyone you pass will give you a friendly 'mornin'! Trish and her husband did everything to make me feel comfortable, they are great hosts! I'd defs stay here again if I ever need to be in the area again and highly recommend it to others!

I booked this property then for on the hwy. Ceci reached out explaining the unit wouldn't be ready. I asked Ceci if she could pull it together since I was driving and no time to rebook. Without hesitation she made it work. Ceci as I told you. You were true blessing. anytime I come home to visit, this is my spot.

We had a very nice stay. The house was well equipped and clean. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. We felt very comfortable.

Overall, a great stay. The place matches the pictures and description with a nice interior. TV in every room, laundry, open floor plan and spacious master bedroom are huge bonuses. Although located close and adjacent to the best parts of ATL, the immediate surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much going on and driving is necessary. But the house and neighborhood felt safe. Also, it's great for pets as it was ideal for my dog when I stayed. Would stay again or recommend to anyone looking for multiple bedrooms, pet friendly, quite and close driving distance to downtown or midtown.

The home was very clean & in a quaint neighborhood. The location & proximity to Scottdale is wonderful (grab a drink or breakfast @ Banjo Coffee, thank me later) Check in was easy & Svetlana provided ample instructions & info for our stay. The beds were comfortable & there was ample kitchenwares. We did not use the backyard during our stay, but it was certainly beautiful & a great space to spend time outdoors! Transparently, the immediate neighborhood did experience a power outage during our stay for about 14hrs, but that is at no fault of the host. Svetlana was responsive & helpful in assisting us with contacting the power company to gain status updates of the restoration. And with the amount of shade provided by the established trees, the home kept reasonably cool in the GA summer heat, so our stay was not heavily impacted. Regardless of the minor hiccup, I certainly recommend Svetlana's home & will likely be back in the future for the location and cleanliness of the home alone.

9.5/10 only cause the shower pressure wasn’t up to par during my stay everything else 100000/10 neighborhood was quiet stores and any thing else is within 10-15 minutes bed felt like a cloud the entire house was spotless I will be back for sure

Had a great stay, flight was delayed and they lets us checkout at a very convenient time for us. Late check out made our day. Slept in, woke up fresh and still had time to gather every thing and head out.

Charming place, very well-kept and we had a great sleep here during a long, long trip. The only caveat is you might find the driveway a little tough to navigate if you have a long truck with a trailer.

Great Hosts! Location looked like the pictures. We were running a tad behind and allowed us to extend checkout so super gracious on that. The home was super clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend as it is also around the corner to some tasty lunch and brunch spots.

We were looking for a place close to Atlanta and came across this home, I am so glad we chose to stay here! We were celebrating our son’s 1st birthday and wanted to check out the GA aquarium. The house was beautiful and super clean! It was a quick drive to Atlanta, but we noticed Decatur also had a very nice downtown area with restaurants and shops. Like others mentioned, it is on a somewhat busy road so it can be a little noisy but we planned ahead and brought a fan and our noise machine, so we had no issues at all when it came time to sleep. The property has plenty of outdoor space, so we were able to walk our dogs around as needed. Nardos is a great host, very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

We loved this home! Comfortable, well appointed, clean, and accessible to many parts of Decatur and Atlanta. Highly recommend.
