Apimonte O Cantinho da Maria is a Rural Tourism establishment that was completely rebuilt in 2022. Traditional architecture, the rigorous use of materials, Stone, Wood and Granites were considered the key elements during the reconstruction. The shale (local stone), the charm of wood and its architecture decorate the entire building. Functional and well-equipped, the kitchen is an important element. The bedroom and the 2 bathrooms were designed to be functional, but very well framed in the structure.

A rustic wooden rake and a colorful striped textile with tassels are displayed against a stone wall. The texture of the rough stones complements the handmade quality of the tools, creating a connection to local craftsmanship and traditional lifestyles.

In this place, it is possible to recharge, where the only noise is that of Nature. It's best to have a car to get there. Otherwise, you can take a taxi from the station or walk, but you have to walk at least 1 hour on steep streets.

Margarida bungalows are absolutely beautiful. They are spacious and had everything we could have wanted. Margarida was very responsive to any questions and proactively suggested things to do and the best restaurants around the area. Margarida's brother Louis hosted us for a wine tasting in the vineyard the bungalows are in and we absolutely loved his passion for the process and delicious wines. We can't recommend this place more!
