Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.

A totally renovated 2 double bedroom ground floor apartment. The Property has everything you need & more than a hotel has to offer for an enjoyable & relaxing stay. Located in a quiet block yet close to a vibrant village of which has all the amenities you require. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed in our property otherwise there will be a substantial fine. Our apartment is in a building that doesn’t allow smoking. £200 fines added if you go against our policy.

The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.
