Cozy little cottage centrally located to all amenities. Restaurants, pubs, shopping centers are all within ten minutes or less. Having the Augusta National Golf Club just a short 15 minute drive also adds to its appeal. This home is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing stay. It also allows for entertaining small groups. With a huge fenced in backyard, a smoker, gas grill, pickle ball and cornhole gaming equipment provided, it would be hard to not enjoy yourself here.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). *If you would like to use the hot tub there will be an extra $30 per night charge. Please let me know prior to booking so I can add it. *Pool is open year round. Pool is only heated to 80 degrees from May 1st to September 1st.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. We were happy to know that we had access to the 24hr fitness center which I used and the pool which my daughter loved. It was close to the highway and quick access to Augusta National Golf course which is the reason we were there for the Drive Chip & Putt Finals. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place! Close to Augusta National and restaurants. Brand new Kroger across the street. RentlogiQ was very flexible and responsive. We would stay there again.

The bathroom features a modern vanity with a wide sink and a large mirror above it. A decorative shower curtain with a geometric pattern complements the neutral walls. Towels are neatly hung, and a light source brightens the space, creating a clean and functional environment.

I was able to stay again here this year! Attended Tuesday’s practice round at the Masters, 10 minutes from the Airbnb. It’s a gated community and just like last year. Corianna met me in front of the community, I followed her to the apartment, she gave me the key to the apartment along with the key fob to get into the gate. The apartment was immaculate, the hostess was extremely pleasant and helpful. Top Golf, a movie theater, and Costco walking distances. Great spot for me f you are attending the Masters!! See you next year!

Kyra was an excellent host! She responded quickly and was always pleasant in her messaging. The condo was conveniently located within Augusta. It was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Easy access thru the exterior gate, building front door and access into the unit! This was an easy 5-star rating! I highly recommend!

Great stay. Very clean! Beds super comfortable. Complex felt very safe. Gym was very good. Was on 4th floor so no one above us. Very quiet other than the train which mostly ran daytime hours. Didn’t hear it past 10pm or before 8am except maybe one night. Well appointed place with nice touches such as fluffy robes and a Brita. We hadn’t been in Augusta before and the downtown was disappointing but that has nothing to do with the complex. Would stay again if needed to be in the area. Appreciate the opportunity to vacation in Artinas space!
