A few km to Vic Fezensac , Marciac , Castéra-Verduzan and AUCH . 1 hour from Toulouse and Agen ( walibi ) 1h45 from the Pyrenees 2 hours from the ocean for the nearest beaches 2.5 hours from the Basque country and the Mediterranean Sea. There are countless walking, cycling , horseback riding tours Sports or fun activities to do for 2 or as a family .

The 18th century limewashed cottage is located in idyllic grounds and pretty garden featuring a mature pomegranate tree, beautiful roses, an olive tree and mature grapevine. The cottage is off the beaten track but only 10-15 minutes drive to Auch and all of it's amenities.
