Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Bev’s farmhouse is a treasure in Happy Valley. It was very clean, welcoming & private. Bev met with me & my daughter to make sure we were settled in. The farmhouse is very private & located close to Oldenburg, Metamora & Brookville Lake. My daughter and I slept comfortably and had plenty of space in the farmhouse. We went outside in the evening & heard a deer in the woods and many birds.

We were blown away by how clean, spacious, and well-appointed the home was from the moment we arrived. It served as the perfect backdrop for getting ready, spending quality time with my bridal party, and celebrating one of the most special times in my life. The house's layout was ideal: plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out comfortably and common areas perfect for group meals, hair and makeup prep, and late-night chats. The decor was stylish yet cozy, and the lighting was perfect for pre-wedding photos and getting-ready moments. Location-wise, it was conveniently close to our wedding venue and nearby restaurants and shops, which made logistics so much easier for our group. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish—quick responses, helpful local tips, and a genuine care for our experience.
