This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. I was in need a a getaway for a month mid-winter, Central New York. I was so glad that walk ways and parking areas were cleared daily of ice an snow. There was a nature trail directly across the street that provided a pristine winter walkway. The home was set in a private, quiet neighborhood with groceries and fine restaurants very close by. Bailey, the caretaker, did just that...took care of whatever I needed. The home was beautiful, minimal decor with a calm peaceful feel. The kitchen was fully equipped for my month long stay. I will treasure the memory of this month away.
