This is a beautifully renovated, private, 2 bedroom, first floor of a duplex. The yard is fenced in and has a large deck. The unit is very light and bright and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is open to the living room. It is in a quaint little village with a little country store just steps away where you can find almost anything you need! 10 minutes from Bates College and many lakes. Hop on the highway and be in Portland in 40 minutes or the ocean in 45 minutes!

This is the second time we have rented from Heather and we would definitely do so again. The view from the deck is stunning. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to prepare meals. The apartment is immaculate! The apartment is quiet and the information sheet provided by the host regarding house rules and information on how to work the coffee maker and tv was extremely thorough. Any questions were answered promptly and courteously. We look forward to renting from Heather again.

Another AMAZING stay! This was our third time staying at Jeremiah’s place and it never disappoints! The beautiful view of the lake and surroundings to enjoy our morning coffee is such a great way to start our day! We got to enjoy the canoe this time and paddled all around the lake, it’s absolutely beautiful and relaxing! Whenever we come to this part of Maine, we will always stay here!

Nice 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor of older home with lots of character and a lovely living room and dining room and a nice bathroom . The art supplies in the living room and the plants all over made the place feel like a home . Some uneven floors due to the age of the home and narrow stair case to 2nd floor might be difficult for those with mobility issues .

It was a very pleasant stay. More than the wonderful experience on the place itself, Cody and Danielle were very responsive and accomodating to all our questions, and requests. They really find time to respond even when they are busy since it was the time they gave birth to a third. Thank you once again.

A historic colonial revival home with a welcoming yellow facade is featured. The house is set within a grassy area bordered by stone steps. A separate entrance to a carriage house apartment is visible on the side, with a shaded driveway leading up to it.

This was our second stay at Hasty House, visiting our daughter in Lewiston. Sharon is the warmest and most thoughtful host, and Hasty House is absolutely fabulous - clean and quiet, and walking distance to downtown Auburn, grocery, restaurants, and the excellent mill complex across the bridge in Lewiston. Our only regret was that we didn't find the place years ago!
