Warm and cozy home from the turn of the century. Well maintained with all original wood trim. All bedrooms and bath upstairs on second floor. Appliances, dishes and everything you need to make a meal. Open front and back porches and a big back lawn. Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Unplug- and recharge- in our rustic converted school bus. Swim in the pond, meditate in the garden, pick raspberries and see some of the best night sky viewing around. Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

A nice place to relax or get some work done! Features a great back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has a large bedroom with a king-size bed. Comfortable living room has a full size futon for an extra bed when needed. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.

Faun lake is amazing, very serene and private. Beautiful Lake and surroundings. Joy was amazing to deal with and communicate with. The place was just as stated. Very clean and comfortable. She definitely pays attention to detail with very thoughtful things left for you, such as fixings for smores among other little things that make you feel at home. Would Highly recommend!!!

This was a beautiful place for our overnight stay. Everything you needed and then some. The added touch of snacks and water was a surprise. Would stay again anytime we are this way.

This place was perfect for a short weekend of biking in Ellicotville. It was exactly as pictured, and perfectly equipped (though we didn't actually do any cooking of our own). Very charming and cozy and loved that it was surrounded by fireflies when we first arrived later at night!

I usually stay elsewhere when I visit East Aurora for work, but figured I would try something new. The check in was easy, the place was spacious, comfortable and clean and it's still only a couple minute drive to downtown East Aurora. There's also a large private deck that makes the evening enjoyable when you're looking to relax. Highly recommend giving this place a shot if you're visiting East Aurora. I'll be back!
