A Perfect Stay in Cheticamp – Highly Recommended! We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Cheticamp. From the moment we arrived, we were taken in by the stunning views – absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was morning coffee on the deck or watching the sun go down in the evening, the scenery alone made the trip unforgettable. The house itself was everything we needed and more. It’s so cozy and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. You can tell that a lot of care and love has gone into creating such a welcoming space. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotless. What really made our stay exceptional was the host. They could not have been more kind, helpful, and attentive. From great local tips to checking in just to make sure we had everything we needed, they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Thanks for having us!

Terrific space and what a beautiful setting. A destination stay for sure!

Le logement est parfait pour y passer quelques jours au calme. La vue du salon est magnifique et très agréable pour accompagner les repas. Des randonnées sont proposées à quelques pas de la maison, préparez-vous à grimper. Le logement est tout équipé et propre, rien à redire. La douche est légèrement agressive mais cela peut-être efficace pour se réveiller.

It is a charming apartment off the main house . Clean and cozy in the country minutes from restaurants and towns . Jean-Pierre met us and even gave us some fresh farm eggs . This is a very quiet area great place to get away from it all . We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family

Tijdens onze roadtrip door Nova Scotia bezochten we Cape Breton Park en verbleven 2dagen in Port Hood bij Clarke en Shelley. Eén mooi verblijf en een mooie ligging met uitzicht op de St Lawrence Bay. Shelley had goede tips voor de omgeving.

Ein toller Platz direkt am See hat uns verzaubert Schöner kann man nicht wohnen und perfekt war auch alles.

Incredible property with jaw-dropping views. I loved watching the tides come in everyday and there's a lot of cool birds and wildlife. The area for feedback I have is that the mattresses are all really firm which made sleeping a little rough. I still rate the property 5 stars and think it's the perfect getaway accommodation for visitors of Acadia. Also the hot tub is nice after sore hiking muscles!

We were in awe of absolutely everything during our stay. Could not stop talking about how perfect everything was, the views, the place itself, and all it included. Host was very friendly and quick to respond as well. This is by far one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed on the island and I already can’t wait to come back. 10\10 recommend.

Fantastic property, stunning views over the bay, everything you could need and more form a holiday home. Great for a family of couples holidaying together. We would definitely stay again if we visit Newfoundland.

My group and I (ten in total) absolutely loved this place. The wood work is amazing, the space is perfect. It is stunning inside and out - a must see! Chris was very helpful and responded very quickly any time I reached out from booking until checkout. We are already planning our next trip back!

We feel blessed that we were able to stay in Darlene’s little piece of heaven. The home is beautiful, nice sunsets and even saw a whale swim by. Her instructions were very clear on how to get to the location and she was always responsive.

Perfect plus+++. The house has amazing views and is very private and architecturally distinctive. Alexandra was a great host very helpful but never intrusive . Hirtle beach is in walking distance from the house which we (myself and my Corgi) did every morning . The farmers market on Thursday’s Lunneberg Has amazing fresh scallops and local bake goods and fresh veggies . A truly memorable trip. I can’t wait to return.

The house has absolutely everything you’d need; phone chargers on each side of every bed and multiple in the living room/kitchen, abundance of linen, kids toys/books, all the streaming services, multiple Bluetooth speakers etc. you truly only need to bring your clothes. The house is exceptionally clean as well. If you’re looking to explore farther into Cape Breton Island (highlands national park for example) note that it is a bit of a drive. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home!

Staying at Nancy’s place will always be one of the highlights of our 4 week holiday. Lovely bed linens, bathrobes(!) and plenty of soft towels were so nice to have. The apartment is very nicely appointed, with ample dishes, cookware cutlery and miscellaneous pantry goods. While St.John’s popular restaurants are less than 20 min walk away, it was wonderful option to be able to eat in. We enjoyed shopping at the wonderful St.John Market for fresh meats, seafood and produce. All were easy to prepare here. Nancy was so cheerful whenever we interacted by text. I’d happily stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

Brian’s place was very clean and walking distance to everything in downtown Bar Harbor. Note to guests: apartment is on the second floor up a fairly steep flight of steps.

This was a wonderful place. Great location,very clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. The view of the park was lovely. There were many nice small details like a cocktail set and doggie treats . We had a lovely experience.

Dico's unit was perfect. It was in a pretty and quiet neighbourhood, but a short walk to restaurants and pubs. It was close to grocery stores and local shopping. We were a short drive to golf courses and a short bike ride to the Confederation Trail. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Very cute spot with the highlight being the rooftop patio. unfortunately we couldn't really enjoy it during the day as there was lots of construction on the bridge making it very noisy. The unit itself was very spacious and clean with eclectic decorating. the house plants were a nice touch. There isn't much in the immediate area but you can easily walk downtown. The ferry is a fun way to get back and forth from downtown Halifax. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

What a gem. I was working in the port for two days and this was so much better than a hotel. Kurt left impeccable instructions and how to get a hold of him should the need have arisen. The apartment was clean and comfortable and I felt invited to make myself right at home. I was able to walk where I needed to be at the port and to anywhere else I needed to be. Great restaurants were very close as well as comfortable pubs and breweries. The arena is within walking distance too should that be a destination. There was also a small market where I sto led up on chips and water. I could not recommend this place any more. I will definitely look to stay again if I get to come back to Halifax bud I have already put work out to my coworkers.
