My stay at Matheus' apartment was excellent! Behind the building there is a forest, and the view of this forest through the windows of Matheus' apartment is beautiful. It receives sunlight from the rising sun. It has an elevator. By car, it's close to everything. It is a three-minute drive to Saporella Bakery. Internet and air-conditioning are excellent. Very quiet and well-decorated environment. It has a water purifier and glasses. The large refrigerator, electric stove and smart TV super met our needs. Cachoeira Alta is 38 minutes from Matheus' apartment, and it's beautiful. The table is big enough for studies and meals. There are lots of outlets, all new. Matheus' apartment will always be my first choice in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.

I loved every detail of the stay, a cozy, calm and mostly clean place. I felt at home. I will definitely be back on site. Alba, always polite, solicit and affectionate. I loved every detail.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, clean and very comfortable. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
