Vacation rentals with breakfast in Athens County

Joyce was the best Airbnb host I’ve had to date. From the snacks, to the wine we were already impressed. Joyce did not disappoint AT ALL! I will definitely be back.

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) really enjoyed Amanda’s house. We especially enjoyed the covered patio and our children loved brining their toys outside. We were surprised how fast cars were driving on this road, but that has nothing to do with Amanda’s home - it just caught us off guard. We loved the added touches of coffee/tea, snacks, personal care products. It felt like we were at home.

Great Airbnb for the price- local hotels were almost 300$ a night for a mediocre experience! The location, the quietude, and the care that the owners put in to make a comfortable stay for us were all top notch.

The crew loved this place and we recommend you staying here if you get a chance.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was amazing. Mandi went above and beyond and was so friendly. My room was clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. It was so quiet. You could hear a pin drop. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Close to all the fun things. Walking distance or short drive really enjoyed my time and met some awesome people along the way. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Jennifer was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very prompt responding to us and making sure that breakfast was ready and delicious everyday.

The room was exactly what I thought it would be, very lovely and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and we even enjoyed a night in the hot tub. We came for the food cruise and I normally like to try somewhere unique each year. This is a 5 star. Breakfast and hospitality A+.

Very cool place! The house itself has a cool layout with each of the suites feeling very private, but at the same time there is a nice common space where breakfast is served. The hot tub was also well maintained and clean. We didn't check out the surrounding neighborhood very much, but we used this Airbnb to check out Athens and Hocking Hills, which were very close drives. This place is affordable and clean and the hosts were great!

The room was exactly as described and perfect for a night in Nelsonville. We went to a concert at Stuart's Opera House and the location could not have been better! Check in was easy enough and communication was great. We would have liked an earlier check-in time but they charge for that. Also breakfast was only offered for an hour in the morning and we had to leave before then. But those are small things, other than that everything was lovely!

We unfortunately had something come up last minute and weren’t able to make our trip as planned. The host was very friendly and understanding and provided a voucher for a future visit. We were disappointed that we couldn’t stay at the Hyde House since it looked really cute and was exactly what we were looking for, so we’re definitely planning on staying here next time we’re in the area.

This was avery nice stay in older home. The bed was very comforable , large bathroom and a nice breakfast. I do wish the shower would have had more water pressure.
