This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the secluded countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that we are in a private country setting. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

The Caboose at Dutch Creek Retreat

Farm life meets woodland paradise in this cabin set among the trees near our homestead. Hiking trails, a small 3 season creek, abundant wildlife, as well as farm animals. It's the best of both worlds! You will experience true darkness, bright stars and the simplicity of being out in the country and unplugged.

Acadia Cliffs Treehouse Cabin

This 560 sq. foot treehouse cabin is situated on 20 acres surrounded by the Acadia Cliff Wildlife Preserve. While here, hike to the Millstone Quarry for a bit of Ohio history and visit the OU campus and surrounding city of Athens. Be sure to stop by the Athens Farmer's Market on Wednesday's and Saturdays!
