Rose was the epitome of the perfect host. She was so helpful in answering my questions and resolving the Netflix minor issue. I can't rate Rose and her place high enough and I will definitely be back. Thank you Rose, you made my stay extremely enjoyable.

Quirky 2 Bedroom Townhouse

Dogs Boll@@ks, great place to stay, loved it. Loved the old style mixed with modern, will recommend this place to friends and family. 30 seconds walk to the high street, great pub next door, a bit noisy on the weekend. However you still end up with a good night sleep, love the alcohol bottles made into lights 😀

Peaceful, dog friendly 1 bed barn in lovely garden

ChristineRating, 5 stars4 days ago
What a find - 5* Accommodation. This beautiful property and secure garden is tucked down a lane which is so quiet and just sooo relaxing. The garden is huge, secure and very pretty, our Whippet had so much fun there he was very happy. Alison supplied everything we needed for breakfast and also a bottle of wine for later. Alison is a first class host she can’t do enough for you. She is a potter so there is an opportunity to see and purchase some beautiful things that she makes which is a bonus. We ate at The ship at Pinchbeck, the service and food was fantastic so went 2 nights running. Some great walks nearby also. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you Alison.

Immaculate cottage in exquisite rural setting!

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow - what a fabulous gem this is. The entire place, from to bottom has been very recently refurbished. Everything from the bathroom fixtures to the kitchen utensils are brand new. The cottage is well equipped and the host has an eye for interior design, so the whole place is tastefully decorated. Peeping through the windows to catch a glimpse of the muntjac deer grazing on the manicured lawns was also a special treat. Recommended by our host, the Griffin Pub was a short drive away. Set in a quaint little village in rolling countryside, the pub had great food and discreet children’s play area. We had a couple of lovely meals there. We also had a great time at Belton House, a nearby National Trust property. Probably one of the next adventure playgrounds my little boy has been on! We enjoyed every second of our stay and look forward to returning in the future. Go - you won’t regret it!

Large 4 bedroom house

AndreaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay. Sylvia was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of helpful information about the area. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. My three nephews absolutely loved it and had a great time throughout our visit. There was plenty of parking, which made things easy, and the village was charming and peaceful. Sylvia was always on hand if we needed anything, though everything was so well thought out that we didn’t need to ask for a thing. Highly recommended!
