Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Astúrias Beach

We rented the house to go to a nearby wedding and we were 10 people, the house is very large, the space accommodated everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen there were all the utensils, from large pots to forms, mixer, blender, we didn't need to bring anything from home, very complete. The rooms are well distributed, all being suites, very easy check-in, the stay was very peaceful and as everyone commented on the trip, it's a house that makes you happy to rent, if we go to Guarujá again, it's definitely where we'll stay. We thank the hosts for responding quickly, as I sent a message before leaving the house asking if there was a large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping in that regard. They were kind enough to leave toilet paper in the bathrooms, in the kitchen there was also a napkin, toothpick, things that in other stays I didn't have, the house has excellent security, the pool and barbecue were clean Finally, you can rent without fear

Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. The stay this time was a long shot as it was a beautiful fit for the photos but without evaluation, so it had probably just been listed. Maybe I was the first guest and it turned out to be a great surprise, we left happy! Its location is sensational (galleries), but besides the location, the property is just as great! The sea view is a high point and parallels the lodging on a cruise, since the apt is surrounded by water! It is a high standard property, all equipped (AC in all rooms, modern shower, full kitchen) and because it is modernized it already has its living room integrated with the huge balcony (glazed and integrated between living rooms and bedrooms) which makes it even more comfortable. There are 6 people in comfort in the 3 main rooms plus 6 in the other bedroom with bunk beds. Has NO protective screens on the windows (attention). The building is very old but well maintained and has two very good pools for when it is saturated with the beach… It has 1 parking space demarcated. I highly recommend it!

Please was beautiful!! Great view!! The pool doesn’t get sun most of the day but it was still enjoyable and clean. The host were amazing and friendly!! We will def come back!!

I stayed for 5 days in the apartment and it was just amazing! The host was super nice and answered all my questions very quickly. In addition, everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is excellent! The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, close to a supermarket and with easy access to the bus station. The condominium pool is also very good. For those who are not driving, as was my case, the stay is very worthwhile, as everything is very close. It was my first experience using Airbnb and I will definitely use it again after this amazing stay!

Great apartment in a convenient location, and I doubt you could find a better view anywhere in Santos. Sueli was super helpful, too, especially as I don't speak much Portuguese.

Bruno's house really has personality. A decor that recalls family moments and tastes, making us feel close even without knowing them. Home-faced home. Air-conditioning that is freezing. Everything offered works properly. Check-in was super easy, the barbecue was impeccable. We have a good time. I recommend it.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay: well-equipped kitchen, balcony with a view, comfortable living room with Smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with gas heating (including in the sinks). In addition to the location, which is excellent: markets, restaurants, bars, and of course, the beach, everything is easily accessible, we hardly need to take the car out of the garage!

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the bath and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficulty closing. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
