The historic old town is just a short drive away with access to an array of restuarants, bars and pubs.

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

The house is cleaned to exacting standards and the linen is laundered by a specialist launderette. The house is in a quiet private area and has a driveway. Train station five minute drive away with 26 minute fast train to Liverpool Street . Short drive to shops and supermarkets. Situated opposite pretty woods which are lovely for walking in.

Manor Farm Barn

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We have renovated one of our Barns to a high standard and comfortable space and although we are in the heart of the countryside we are also within easy reach of London and Cambridge. We have great pubs within 3 miles and lovely country walks from the front door. Due to the nature of the barn position parking is on our main yard that we use and via gates. You must be a dog lover as we have 2 friendly dogs 2 pet sheep.
