Vacation rentals with beach access in Asón-Agüera

The flat is in a superb location, with access to a beautiful beach without crossing a road. Car parking is safe and easily accessed, same applies to the flat itself. The flat is compact and well appointed. The balcony space affords excellent views of beach and beyond, and is a sun-trap from noon onwards. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in mid-May. The weather was very good, warm and dry. We did not spend much time in the town, but when I drove through there seemed to be all the amenities you would expect. The local supermarket (LIDL) was easily accessed and well-stocked. The location allows for a beach holiday or using the flat as a base to tour the area, which is exceptionally scenic and offers a lot of different options. Maria is a delightful, helpful host. I intend to return asap.

The apartment is as described and José María is very attentive. The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: kitchen utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat the stay. The host, Silvia, was charming and decisive from the start. He took into account all our requests and was very kind. The apartment is very comfortable, it has all the facilities and amenities (especially a large closet and a very comfortable bed), as well as a terrace that we could enjoy every day of our stay (because the weather was very good). The area is very nice, quiet, residential, but with high quality shops nearby. Communication with the center by bus is very easy. If I go back to Santander, I'll definitely choose this apartment.

The host Aitor was really helpful and friendly, the place was exactly as I expected. The one watch out is there’s a lack of late night public transportation if you go out in Bilbao itself.

Perfect accommodation, in the heart of this small beach town. We're right in the center, it's full of life (so a little noisy), but it immerses us in the Spanish atmosphere. Great!

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very pleased with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!

We loved our stay and the view is absolutely stunning. Even better than in pictures! The apartment itself had everything we needed- the kitchen is fully equiped, super clean and having a dedicated parking space was very convenient. But also getting to the city was easy thanks to the nearby bus that runs regularly. Josu is very easy going and flexible, what makes communication very smooth. Our highligh as a young family was the short distance to the beach and the pool area. We will definitely come back!
