Great location and place, clean!

Loved our stay! The accommodation is located in a peaceful and unspoiled area, very close to Arashiyama, with several means of transportation within walking distance — convenient to explore Kyoto and its surroundings. The neighborhood is full of good places, and Jun & Aki shared many local recommendations that really enriched our experience. The accommodation itself is spotless: clean, comfortable, very well equipped — ideal even for a long stay. It far exceeded our expectations. A quick tip: If you stay for several days, consider renting a bicycle to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. It's a real plus!

The accommodation is a beautiful studio with a very comfortable large bed. There is a very large window that, from the 7th floor, allows you to have a beautiful view. The apartment is located 10mn by bus from the airport which is great, but we were not disturbed by noise. You can get to the city center in 15mn by bus or 30mn walk. The accommodation is very easy to access, at the foot of a bus stop very well connected. Many small shops (CU , GS25 nearby). It was great, especially given the price!

Yui’s Place in Osaka was just perfect for our journey. It was close to two metro stations that will get you to the major sites with in 20 minutes. Also very walkable to local areas. Den Den town, Shin Sakai, Dontonbori, and many others. The apartment was well appointed, we were thankful for the laundry machine. The communication prior to the visit was timely and helpful. The instructions to get in and check out were well explained and included videos. I highly recommend staying in Yui’s place and will add it to my favorites for the next time I am in Osaka.

It was a great experience

I really liked the convenience of the trip with friendly responses and guidance. I'm going to use it again when I go to Jeju. There was something I left behind, but thank you so much for visiting ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

Super happy with this apartment. I had it all to myself and that was just fine. Things I loved: -Picasso! 🐈 always there to greet you when you come home -Filtered water! -Cooking essentials -location: quite area but walkable to anything you need I highly recommend you to stay here, i know some reviews said it wasn’t luggage friendly which was a concern of mine but when I reached out he said it was not a problem and he hoisted my bag up those stairs like it was nothing! I was impressed. Definitely stay here and please give Picasso some kisses for me when you do. Thx

I stayed at Krishantha’s place and had such a great experience. Due to unexpected flight delays, I couldn’t check in on the date I had originally booked. I was in and out of Wi-Fi at the airport and couldn’t even properly update Krishantha about the timing and changes. Still, he was incredibly understanding and kind about the whole situation. I finally checked in at around 11:30 PM the next day, but Krishantha welcomed us without any problem. We had to leave very early the next morning at 5 AM, and I felt really bad to wake him up at that hour, but he was so gracious. He woke up on time and drove us to the airport himself. The place was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Communication with Krishantha was easy and smooth throughout—he was always available and very supportive. Overall, a wonderful stay and a truly kind host. Highly recommend!

It's as comfortable as my own home. Things that aren't🙂 in the hotel, such as a microwave, a large refrigerator, spoons, forks, scissors, etc. were also comfortable. Also, there was an extra blanket😅, so it was very nice that I could sleep in the living room, since my mom snores sometimes.

Loved this place! Super convenient to get around and had luggage storage and washrooms on B1 too so though check in time was only at 4pm, we could leave our belongings and come back later! Place was clean and could fit 2 of us well! Only lifts were a pretty long wait some times. Also not sure why some of our delivery food didn’t come maybe they couldn’t find the place but overall a very good stay!

Kavin and his staff were extremely helpful. From allowing me to change units due to outside issues, and helping me have a package delivered to the location. Would definitely recommend this location and host to anyone staying. The staff was extremely proactive and assisted with any and everything that came up.

Location was close to airport bus, palace and cafes. Necessary amenities are available. Nothing to complain

You can walk to the main street of Sapporo in 5-10 minutes, and the area around the accommodation was so clean and quiet that it was great. I will definitely come back! ^^

Might want to take note that there are no lifts in the building and you would need to climb up the stairs with your luggage. Apart from that, the room was kept clean and fully furnished with everything that you'd think you would need for a holiday. Location is a big plus and is also close to the airport, convenient for early flights.

Convenient and comfortable, very convenient to connect with the subway.The location is in the middle of Dongdaemun and Myeongdong, and it is easy to go anywhere.I'd like to stay if I get the chance later.

So good with my daughter I think it will remain as a good memory. The bedding is very clean. There are things to see around. Thank you for recommending a thoughtful restaurant. ^^ I had a good rest. ^^

The property was literally amazing. The bedroom has ambient lighting, giving you an impression of a premium stay. hats off to the cleanliness. bathroom was spotless and all the toiletries were provided. I had a beautiful stay. The kitchen was also completely equipped with all the necessary appliances.

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!

It's clean and spacious.

The place was lovely with a lot of commodities like washing machine (very very useful) , Iron , a kitchen , a swimming pool etc. and a incredible view on Vung tau and the sea If I go back here I'll definitely try to book it again

If you find this available, just book it. Highly recommended. What an amazing view, a very nice building with all the amneties. Close to Ha Long Bay tours. Need a cab to reach most restaurants in city. Communication is also good.

Booking this place is also one of my Baguio highlights. We had a good sleep because the place is so cozy. We do missed the place when we changed accomodation. Lol I would recommend it to my friends and surely, I will book again if I go back in Baguio.
