There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

This was our 3rd visit to Butterfly Loft, excellent quiet location, Apartment is clean and comfortable, home from home, everything you need for your stay is provided. Parking on street just in front of apartment, no end to use the car as walkable to sea front and town centre. Good communication with Julia and Olivia before and after stay. Would definitely return again

Good location- shop , pub , fish & chip shop within 2 min walking distance - Lots of great facilities in the home - all utensils & some - Would have loved curtains over the blinds to block more light- but overall a great stay- Even found hair straighteners in the cupboard- felt like home from home - and netflix was a win when the husband fell a asleep after all the sea air. Absolutely stunning place, the kitchen is truly amazing! You can cook and socialise at the same time which is great when you have a clingy toddler! He loved sitting at the island with me. The living room is super cosy and has a great cottage feel. The beds were extremely comfy and clean. Bathroom has a great size bath and shower and the garden was lovely and private.

we came to Manchester to see robbie williams and were lucky to find warrens boutique apartment available. I've used lots of air b n b over the years and what struck me was exceptionall communication from the moment we booked from warren it's really helpfull to be presented with a list of reccomend restaurants in advance. the apartment feels really secure and every detail you can tell has been meticulously thought through. such a comfy bed great lighting through out big fridge freezer lots of towels and great wall art I highly reccomend this apartment thanks warren!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Ray and Sue’s. The place was beautiful and perfect for the 8 of us and Ray and Sue were very accommodating. It is close to a local pub and coop which was a positive for us. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, and we hope to come back again!
