I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

The Quirk

HannahRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I booked ‘the quirk’ for a 2 night stay with my boyfriend & our dog. We had such a lovely and cosy stay at the cottage, the area is very beautiful and very peaceful - exactly what we were after. Some beautiful walking spots in the surrounding areas also, highly recommend :)

Modern, cosy, welcome to the Mews House!

GiniRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This gorgeous little place was such a find..! The space itself was incredibly stylish, and amazingly well thought out. The mezzanine bed was huge, with beautiful posh-hotel standard linen - and we slept so well it amazed us both - so comfortable and peaceful. We had a tiny issue with working the TV (we are quite old!) and Sophie responded in record time, and resolved it. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnb properties, and we both agreed that this is definitely one of the best. Thank you Sophie, we will most certainly be back! x

Secret Garden in The Cotswolds

KristenRating, 5 stars4 days ago
If I could give this place 20 stars and stay there forever I absolutely would. The photos are beautiful but being there in person is absolutely enchanting. The gardens, the decor, the outside dining area, and the little stream behind the garden…everything just felt like being in a storybook. Katrina has a great manual in the house that provides tons of local recommendations including sites, restaurants, walks, gardens, etc. we went to the Hidcote garden and the Barnsley Manor which were both a pleasant drive from Gloucestershire.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Steve and Julie's place. Really really nice space to relax in. Hosts were welcoming and communication was really good. My parents said they'd happily return.

Light-filled hideaway

NicolaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Celia's Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the idyllic countryside, this charming home provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment we arrived, Celia's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The surroundings were enchanting, with wild deer gracefully wandering nearby and Guinea fowl frequenting the area, making the experience feel like a scene from a fairy tale. Celia's attention to detail and genuine care for her guests (thank you for the delicious homemade bread!) shine through in every corner of her lovely home. We highly recommend booking with Celia to anyone seeking a peaceful countryside retreat. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!
An inviting bar area features rustic stone walls and wooden beams, with pendant lights suspended from a central arrangement of greenery. A polished wooden bar with stools invites guests to relax, while shelves display an assortment of bottles. Natural light filters in through windows, enhancing the space.

The Loft @ The Old George Inn

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Four of us had a lovely stay at The Loft. The apartment itself is beautiful, and very cozy. The amenities are as described, with a nice functional kitchen and dining space where Laura and Dries left some essentials (bread, coffee, milk etc.) which was a nice touch. There is a lovely bathroom with a sizeable bath. We had an issue getting the shower to work initially but a message to Laura and Dries was quickly responded to with some guidance and we got it working easily with no further issues. The living room area is really nicely presented, and a great spot to watch a movie if the weather isn't great! We parked in the pub car park with no issues, and the pub itself is lovely. We met one of the owners and he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The village is really nice. It is small but also has another very nice pub opposite, and a nice coffee shop next door. The pub below the apartment was noisy until late, but it was a weekend and we expected that.

Self contained barn on the edge of the Cotswolds

BrendaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mary and Nick's barn. Latton is a quiet village but there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs within an easy drive, and Cirencester and Swindon are also within a 15-minute drive. We enjoyed looking out over Mary and Nick's gorgeous garden on one side and watching horses and rabbits in the field on the other. The barn is stylishly and comfortably decorated,, with two very roomy living areas, and two modern shower rooms. The large kitchen is also stylish and functional. The cupboards are well stocked with the essentials, as well as condiments and good quality crockery and cutlery. The milk and the bottle of wine and nibbles, were much appreciated . The king size bed in the huge bedroom was luxurious, and we loved the large fluffy towels and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Mary and Nick are lovely hosts and provided plenty of useful information about the local area and the Cotswolds in general. We highly recommend Elm Farm.
