Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

I stayed here with my AAU basketball team for a tournament, and it was perfect for our group. The boys absolutely loved the space — it was beautiful, super clean, and in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax between games. Chantell was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even went the extra mile to provide a grill so we could cook out. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was 30 mins from Lincoln and an hour from Omaha so still easily drive-able to the destinations we needed, but it was quiet and private, the exact experience we were hoping for after a busy day. Carla provided dry fire wood almost at the drop of the hat, their fire pit area was perfect.

A well-organized shelving unit features a coffee maker, microwave, and potted plant on the top shelf. The middle shelf holds dishware and glasses, while the bottom shelf contains a kettle and toaster. A stainless steel trash bin is visible to the left.

We stayed here for two nights as a stopover on our way from Colorado to Wisconsin, with plans to visit the Omaha Zoo and we’re so glad we chose this place! The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and clearly set up with care and thoughtfulness for guests. Cass was such a kind and generous host, even stocking the place with drinks and snacks, which was a much-appreciated touch after a long day of travel. She also gave us great local recommendations. Ashland is a charming, family-friendly town. After we arrived and unpacked the first night, we walked just down the street to a nearby park to let the kids burn off some energy before bedtime. The next evening, after a full day at the zoo, we explored Ashland’s downtown and stopped for dinner and ice cream. It was the perfect way to wrap up our short stay. All around, it was a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming stop on our trip. Highly recommend!

Ben's loft was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, private, clean, and easy to get to. I had a lot of back and forth between events I was in town for so this made it especially easy. I would never have thought that such a cool space was available in Seward. It was beautiful and comfortable. It would definitely be a place I would return to should the need arise. Don't hesitate to book with Ben!
