The barn-style cabin, with a studio sleeping area downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, sets the tone for a farm stay. Tasks here are optional: wandering the grounds to encounter an alpaca and miniature donkeys; grilling on the patio; watching the sunset, or warming up in front of the potbelly stove. Creature comforts include a full kitchen, a television, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

This home away from home is located close to the park, hospital, Meade County Historical Museum, and the Dalton Gang Hideout. The Meade County Fairgrounds is located within a 5 minute drive. This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. Cottonwood House has comfy queen pillow top beds, fully furnished kitchen, leather reclining living room furniture and flat screen TV. The home is cozy and quiet. There is a Traeger Pellet grill on the patio. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and hunters.
