Vacation rentals with a patio in Ashland County

Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

I had such a wonderful stay! The house was super cute and cozy—I truly felt right at home. The decor and layout were so thoughtfully done; everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm. I even snapped a few photos to use as inspiration for my own space! Melinda is an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

Lyle's place was a great place to stay. We visited our son at nearby Kenyon College, and the location was perfect—it was just a quick drive to campus. Lyle's place is a lot bigger than we expected it. At least six people can stay there very comfortably and the place is set up with a crib so it would be a great place for families with little kids. To access the place you have to walk through the back yard lawn. It is not a big deal but your shoes will get wet on a rainy or snowy day and can be a little dark to navigate at night. I would stay in Lyle's place again.

Aaron & Rebecca send email with all information to access home, WiFi password. Had coffee, creamer, sugar. Home clean and had all utensils needed to cook. Tight stay for 4 adults, but it worked for our location and 2 day short stay. Had lovely back porch. Definitely would recommend.

The apartment is beautiful and well-stocked with all the essentials. Cooking oil, s&p, and great cookware! I appreciated the ease of check out- no heavy cleaning involved! Walking distance to 2-3 beaches, lighthouse, a beautiful park, and some really cool restaurants with outdoor seating over the water. Loved it here! Hosts were very nice and quick to respond. Beds were comfy and the back yard is super cute! You can see the lake from the front door. The whole neighborhood looks like a postcard. Beautiful gardens in every yard!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about it being an apartment and not having much privacy but it felt very private. The beds were VERY comfortable and that’s always a gamble when staying somewhere. Very clean. We enjoyed having drinking water provided as well. We enjoyed being right in town within walking distance to the brickyard. We will definitely stay here again next year for this event if we have the chance to. Highly recommend.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to restaurants and relax when needed. The elevator was very convenient since my mom is not great with steps. We had plenty to do and see between Millersburg and Berlin! Can't wait to visit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janelle’s property. It is a lovely separate living space, with a firm mattress and large bathroom. Janelle was helpful and proactive, setting up an air mattress for us before we arrived. She also had a brochure with local events, restaurant recommendations, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Place felt like home. Beds were super comfortable with soft pillow top. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the porch and back patio.

We had a lovely stay. Amanda was friendly, helpful and prompt in her communication with us. The house had a lot of character and charm plus great outdoor hangout space. We spent the weekend for the Mohican 100 MTB race, and the location was PERFECT as it was a short walk to the race starting line. Also walkable to shops, restaurants etc. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Had a great time. It’s at a campground so my granddaughter could swing. We loved the new covered bridge with the red white and blue blinking lights underneath the bridge at night. Watched a few kayakers go by. We could not kayak due to rain. Maybe next time. They have a restaurant right on the premises. We didn’t get to eat there. You could eat drink and set out by the river or sit on the porch with a gas fire pit. The campground was clean and just a few minutes from Mohican adventure. Our place was not packed with people. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. The house was nicely renovated.

The bunk house was amazing. We were able to extend our stay an extra night with no issues. Beautiful location safe and very comfy! Would happily stay here again and again.
