Can't say enough good things about this apartment! If you didn't know you were in an apartment over a garage, you would never know you were in an apartment over a garage. It is bright, spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very private and quiet. The kitchen and bath were both equipped with everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Access to the apartment was extremely easy, as was the check-out process. Jackie has thought of pretty much everything! This one is definitely on our list to return to the next time we need a place to stay in Nashville.

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

We had a great time on vacation ! The Airbnb was so nice. The host Doug was very cooperative and responded quickly . I would definitely book again !!!!

This is our second stay at Neil's house! His place is in a great location with parking and an Uber to downtown was very reasonable. There are also great casual restaurants in walking distance, we enjoyed a new breakfast spot, Stay Golden, and it was delicious. Bringle's is a great spot for BBQ and sports in an outdoor venue and coffee from Frothy Monkey. Neil gave great ideas of what to do and where to go in the area. The house is nicely decorated with a comfortable couch and the seating around the table was perfect for our family. The beds have nice linens and the towels were fresh. Overall it was a great space for our family's visit to Nashville.

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

Deep Roots is by far the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It's remote location was just perfect to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings after a busy day in the big city of Nashville. It is in an absolutely gorgeous location with hiking trail within a half mile of the house. Alicia is a great host and even left my son a graduation happy because she knew we were there for his Senior Trip! The fresh eggs she left for us were also very thoughtful. There are just little thoughtful touches all over the place. Fresh flowers, so many board games, a set of horseshoes outside, hiking sticks, ingredients to make Smores. There was not a single thing we could have wanted that was not readily available if we needed it. The house was immaculate and so very comfortable. We felt right at home the entire time we were there. The only thing that could pose an issue for some is the WiFi is very sketchy and slow. Not an issue for us, but if you are wanting to work, it could be a problem.

Steve's home is beautiful, peaceful and homey. We wanted to bring our dogs on a staycation and were looking for private and relaxing spaces where they would have plenty of room, and this property was great for both them and us humans. 0.50 miles total of hiking trails, a courtyard, porches, a barn a across the creek, you can't decide where to hang out or make a fire. We encountered little box turtles, did some mushroom hunting, dogs had a blast playing in the creek, all without leaving Steve's property. It's an amazing place if you want plenty to do without ever getting on a vehicle. Everything was also very safe, well thought out, and well maintained.

What a wonderful spot! It was our first time in the Nashville area, but with dogs we wanted a quiet retreat outside of the city. This was perfect and only a 20-25 minute drive to/from Broadway, no problem. Beautiful area, perfectly clean, and comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Honestly it had us bailing from downtown earlier than planned to just hang out on the back deck and have our last drink lol. Definitely recommend if you want to do Nash, but mixed with a touch of peace in the woods!

Home was just as described. Loved the quiet location and all the space. Weather wasn’t ideal during our stay there so didn’t really get to appreciate the outdoor space as we had hoped. Was very nice with each bedroom having their own full bath. Home was clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen as we like to cook our meals rather than eating out all the time while traveling. Host was quick to respond when I contacted him. If I n the area again, we would definitely stay here.

This was a great place to stay! I was in Nashville for 3 weeks and had the best time staying here. The beds were comfy and the place had everything you could need. The location was perfectly located and the area felt very safe. Close enough to all the activity but far enough where it wasn’t loud. Everything you could need was in extremely close proximity. It was nice having a garage to park my car in as well.

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Danny is a great host! Very responsive and instructions were complete and clear. We had everything we needed to stay there, including coffee and laundry detergent. Very comfy king bed in the main bedroom. We enjoyed our stay here.
