Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ashford

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Packwood! If you are looking to visit Mt. Rainier it is about a 2 hour drive to the visitor center. If Google maps offers a shorter route from the cabin, do not take it. We did and ended up off roading on a dirt road with potholes and big puddles. The area surrounding the cabin was absolutely gorgeous we saw elk and a baby bear!

Our second stay this ski season, and again, it did not disappoint. A comfortable home with nice touches for a ski weekend.

William has truly provided a little piece of paradise with this place. It was everything we needed and more. From the moment we stepped in, we felt a sense of peace and comfort that made it hard to leave. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the cozy furnishings to the serene surroundings. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and full of charm. Whether we were relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor views, it felt like a true escape from the everyday. William was also a wonderful host responsive, kind, and clearly passionate about creating a welcoming experience. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back. If you're looking for a heavenly getaway, look no further.

Very comfortable stay, nice hot tub, nice outdoor seating. We would definitely come back for future trips to mount rainer. Cindy was extremely responsive with any questions we had.

Great cabin short drive from mt rainier Nisqually entrance. Lovely surroundings, hot tub in the middle of trees, under a shed. Has an indoor and out door fire place, a nice deck with seating. The host is very responsive, and on site manager very helpful. Good Internet. I saw other cabins in the area, where my friends stayed. This one was way better at similar cost. Great value for money.

The view here is gorgeous and the decor inside is beautiful. This place is probably best for 2 couples with kids. We were 10 adults so it was a bit tight. The bunk room was adorable for kids but the top bunk was not as functional for an adult. We brought a cot so 2 people could still sleep in there. The kitchen is very well appointed. We loved our time here!

Great house, very clean and tastefully furnished, unit had every we needed, there were many other features we didn’t use such as hot tub, outdoor seating. Location, although away from the main road, was convenient to access the park entrance. There was no cellular service in the unit but the Wi Fi was very useful in that matter.

The place was lovely and has a nice view of Mt. Rainier. Also, unexpected amenities such as an induction cooktop, record player, and art (all fish related). The memory foam bed was comfortable.

The whole vibe was amazing! The rustic cabin feel but with all the comfortable amenities! Josh and Marissa have thought of every detail! The beds were comfortable and worked well for our family. The living space was cozy! The kitchen was super cool! The bathroom was great - especially the toiletries provided! I felt like I was in a spa! The town is small and quaint but had everything we needed! The proximity to Mount Rainier was great and Josh’s recommendations for the park were wonderful! Would love to come back and stay again when we visit Rainier in the future!

The suite was clean and exactly as described. Easy to find, easy to check in, and just enough space for two travelers. The bed was cozy and the kitchen had all the basics that we needed.

What a great place to stay! We headed to the mountains for the fresh air, clean water and small-town charm and this place was perfectly situated. The apartment was super clean, very cozy and comfortable. Felt like just the right amount of space for the two of us . . . and then you walk outdoors! Great big fire pit that kept us toasty, views across the fields and into the mountains. And I think we saw elk every day! Can't wait f or ski season and a chance to stay at this perfectly situated airbnb. Thanks, Thomas!

Wow. What a magical sanctuary. My husband and I booked the smaller room for a last minute getaway and were blown away. Katherine was so kind and personable and clearly very proud of the gorgeous home and lush vegetable gardens they've grown. There was something so special about petting the kitties and picking blueberries and marrionberries off the vine and right into my breakfast in the morning. The accommodations were just right for us, the sauna was exceptional, the location in Mossyrock and near Rainier was great, and the sunset view and the shooting stars at night were just something else. We would love to come back here. Thank you for a wonderful, albeit short, stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. Was a nice peaceful quiet neighborhood with good views and lots of things within walking distance. We would definitely come back again.

Everything was excellent and as described. Walmart is only a few minutes away so grocery shopping was easy. The view of Mt Rainier from the property was amazing and the drive out to the park was beautiful. Thanks for a great stay Renee!
