Excellent road links to the A3 Hogsback, M3, Guildford, Farnham & the Surrey Hills National Landscape area, & train link to Portsmouth & London, just a 5 min drive away in Ash.

Private, peaceful, spacious & self-contained

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

It is a loft conversion built to a high standard by my husband Jon. Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies. Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay....or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Breakfast, tea, coffee, sugar and first pint of milk supplied.

Hi, We have a refurbished 2 double-bed 2 bath (one ensuite) self contained detached bungalow with a kitchen / diner with its own entrance. It is in the garden & separate from the main house. Off street parking, wifi. We regularly have deer in the garden and the countryside is on the doorstep for walks. 15 minute walk to railway station/ shops. 20 minute drive to Farnborough airport. Non smoking, no pets but must like dogs as sometimes we will be with them in the garden.
