Vacation rentals with a patio in Ascoli Piceno

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

It was better than we expected.

Despite an inconvenience with the accommodation Michele, he went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

Great place rooms are nice and big, excellent location, truly authentic Italian style. Pescara is our favourite place to visit, highly recommended this Apartment. Very helpful host and all the facilities you need.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

The little house in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Surrounded by nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that in moments of relaxation welcomed us, making our 6-year-old son have a lot of fun and finally for the BBQ that allowed us to grill roasts at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games with which we spent the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything was perfect! Thank you Roberto. ☺️

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Marco was immediately available for all our requests, his hospitality made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment, in a great location, allowed us to get around entirely on foot. We stayed as 5 people and this was not a problem at all, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy, really clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!!!!

We spent a week on vacation in June in Grottammare. We had a really good time. There was nothing missing in the house and we had the pleasure of being followed and advised by an exquisite person who was born to work with customers. It was the first vacation in this location and we will definitely return to learn more about these places rich in history, sea and delicious culinary specialties. Long live the Marche region!
