The newly renovated apartment is located a few steps from the Porto Cervo pier and within the Promenade Du Port complex, "Le Case del Porto" condominium. It consists of a bright living room with a huge sofa that characterizes the environment, an equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with a small view of the sea. Well-equipped kitchen (induction stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, dishes and groceries).
