Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Vi hade en underbar semester i huset. Hela familjen älskade läget med nära gångavstånd till Porto Cervo, den mysiga trädgården, den spektakulära takterrassen och att huset låg i ett lugnt område. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet till andra familjer.

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Is it set in beautiful nature without surrounding houses. Dario is a great host and made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you, we will be back!

++ sehr hilfreicher Gastgeber, hat jeweils sehr schnell reagiert ++ hatten was im Appartement vergessen, inner weniger Minuten war die Rückholaktion durch den Gastgeber in die Wege geleitet +/- kein Wlan im Haus, Fluch und Segen zugleich (muss sich dem bewussr sein) + schönes Appartement, gut eingerichtet (mit Waschmaschine/Kaffeemaschine…) ++ top Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr entspannend + schöner grosser Pool ++ sehr gepflegte Gegend und ruhig + anliegende Dörfer schnell erreichbar + grosse Terrasse mit Tisch/Stühlen - kein direkter Zugang zum Strand (Auto notwendig) - gewisse Installationen (Duschtüren, Verbindungstüre zur Terrasse, Lampen werden sehr heiss > LED zu empfehlen, ringhörig) benötigen eine Auffrischung - Deckenhöhe im OG/Treppenaufgang teilweise tief, mehrmals den Kopf (1m85) angeschlagen

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An authentic holiday stay in a relaxed and comfortable place. A very responsive and welcoming host Martina and her delightful parents who met us , waved us off , and cleaned the pool . The pool and outdoors was priceless in terms of enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful views and nature.. pure joy!!! The local beach is in walking distance but obviously a car is required to explore. Overall a perfect holiday experience if you’re looking for a quiet and memorable stay Thank you again Martina for sharing your place with us in a special way.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Super schöne ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist super, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

Wir als Familie waren vor der Hauptsaison für eine Woche im April spontan bei Paolo. Das Haus liegt auf einem tollen eingewachsenen Grundstück mit einem weiteren kleinen Häuschen und Paolos Haus. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch ein Pool, der ab Mai in Betrieb ist und bestimmt super für die wärmeren Monate ist. Wir hatten ein paar Sonnentage am Strand (ca 20 min Fahrt entfernt), das passte für unseren Trip auch gut. Paolo ist super erreichbar und hilfreich mit Ausflugtipps - sehr unkompliziert alles in allem!

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Stazzi, the cottage was lovely and we had a great time and space outside to sit and relax. Inside had all you needed. Peaceful, secure and beautiful landscape and sights. We spend a few days and traveled around different cities and the coast line. If you want peace, relaxing surroundings and private. Just like we like it. Recommended for people who enjoy outside life but also the bustling and lively cities and coastline, which can be reached very easily by car. Thank you for having us!

Fiorella ist eine tolle und super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Auch wenn sie kein Englisch spricht konnte man sich gut mit ihr verständigen. Beim Check in hat uns ihre Freundin Laura in Empfang genommen, die super englisch spricht und uns auch tolle Empfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super und direkt am Strand. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustüre vorhanden. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Was evtl. modernisiert werden könnte ist das Bettgestell und die Matratze. Die Gefrierfachklappe müsste ausgetauscht werden, da der Griff abgebrochen war. Auch der Duschschlauch sollte überprüft werden, da dort Wasser aus der Wand spritze. Ansonsten war alles super und wir hatten alles was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchten. Vielen Dank Fiorella für die schöne Zeit die wir bei dir hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Andrea und Miryam haben uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, das Haus ist in der Nähe von San Pantaleo, ein sehr toller Ort, und wir haben sehr gut bei Andrea und Miryam gegessen....alles war toll

Super Gastgeberin! Tollen Lage! Wir waren Anfang Mai dort und wir waren gefühlt die einzigen auf den Hügel. Strand ist in 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unterkunft ist ok für den Preis. Allerdings lädt diese nicht zum verweilen ein. Es reicht fuer die Nacht aber es ist ungemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr alt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu heizen wenn es bisschen kälter wird. Also warme Klamotten für kalte Nächte mitnehmen. Die Lage ist dafür umso schöner und die Aussicht ist super!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luisa und ihrem Mann war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt einfach alles, was man braucht, aber wirklich alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit guten Tipp versorgt, sie waren immer gut erreichbar und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Danke vielmals für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

Gianni was one of the loveliest air bnb hosts I've had the please of staying with. the place was very well kept prior to arrival and his communication through the trip was excellent. we were unfortunate to encounter wifi issues which he informed us were happening around the whole area due to weather but was ready to come to the apartment to try and fix it. he was also super understanding with an accidental breakage of some outdoor furniture which he didn't have to be at all as I offered to pay but he said don't worry. Lovely stay !!
