We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We had an enjoyable stay at Paul and Chris's place - it was exactly as advertised. The apartment was spotless and all amenities were included. We were a bit chilly when we arrived, but there is a space heater and an electric fireplace in the living room that cozied up the space in no time! A very short drive to Masonville Mall and lots of restaurants/shops, etc. The hosts were very quick to reply to any questions.
