Gorgeous little tiny house in Yapton. Unique converted old wash house, lovely decor. Tara is a great host with a lovely family and everything inside was clean and tidy. Village nearby has great amenities and you’re but a stones throw from the coast. Our only criticism is that we found the sofa bed quite uncomfortable- it’s not really made for long term use and has a thin mattress and sagging springs - it’s what I would consider more of an occasional use pull-out for house guests and unfortunately we had a terrible night’s sleep. But the upstairs single beds were very good. Everything was very clean. Great little kitchenette. It’s a beautiful and unusual space and Tara is a great host. Lovely village location. Would recommend for two friends staying.

Perfect little getaway. Impressively furnished in a compact space and so tastefully decorated. Garden patio is a total sun trap and cottage had everything we needed. Great communication from hosts, we didn’t need anything but I know if we had Cassie would have been right there to help. She gave great recommendations of local eats which we enjoyed! Thank you ❤️

We were a group of friends from various locations who were looking to meet up somewhere centrally to us all. This delightful cottage was perfectly located and was a delightful place to stay. It was very clean and well equipped. The cottage is situated in a quiet lane so very peaceful. Charlotte was a lovely host who sent clear directions and instructions on how to get in as well as information on nearby places to visit/eat at.
