My son stayed at Raquel's for two months for his studies. Raquel was very helpful with the booking. She welcomed my son very warmly, she offered to pick him up from the airport, which is very nice. She is very present to make sure everything is okay and very responsive in exchanges and in case of problems. The roommate went smoothly. The apartment is in a suitable neighborhood. It is really well located, 15 minutes' walk to a Carrefour supermarket, also 15 minutes to the metro, also 15 minutes to the IMDEA, 2 minutes to UC3M University. A huge thank you to Raquel for this stay that went very well!

I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Good accommodation in general. Some shops and restaurants nearby. The insulation of the front door could be better (it lets in outside noise and small insects)
