Monthly Rentals in Arrington

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve rented. Stayed at the property about 45 days and appreciated every moment. Not only was the apartment space clean with an amazing fragrance, but it was pretty quiet especially being a basement apartment. I worked overnights during my stay and was able to sleep during the day with no issues. The Springfield metro train is a 13 min uber ride (approximately $15.00) which takes you into DC if you don’t have transportation. The Springfield mall is also like 15 mins away and there’s nice restaurant, Mike Andersons, about 10 mins away. Luis and his wife were extremely nice and welcoming….like family. The neighbors were really nice as well. Highly recommended!

Sam and Jennie‘s place was perfect for us. We love being out in the country, among beautiful farms, places to walk and meet some of the people who were always very kind and generous, and who even gave us some of their barbecue at times. We loved the farm animals, the horses and buggies, as well as Sam and Jennie‘s big, friendly, playful chocolate lab. etc. It’s very peaceful. Sam and Jennie are top-notch people and we loved our time here and also relating to their two beautiful children who sometimes would bring us flowers and baked goods. A very kind, loving, and generous family. The total experience was five star.

Gloria’s place was very nice. Everything was as described and her apartment has everything you need. Parking was also great and private. Gloria was very responsive and proactive with anything we needed. She was extremely friendly and willing to help us when we needed help such as with any packages that were delivered. Would definitely stay here again.
