The apartment is very nice, it is refurbished, it is spacious and comfortable, it has everything you need for cooking, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The beds are comfortable, everything was according to our expectations or better. We only had a problem with a couple of air conditioners the weekend we arrived, but João bought us a fan and arranged for a technician to come by to repair them. After that, they worked perfectly and kept the place super cool. Despite being about 3 blocks from the beach, the view is very nice and you can see the sunrise from one of the rooms and from the living room. The place is highly recommended.

Our experience in Verônica's apartment was simply wonderful! From check in to check out, everything went perfectly. We were greeted with great affection and attention, which already made us super comfortable immediately upon arrival. Veronica was extremely flexible with the time of entry and exit, which made all the difference to take advantage of the stay even more. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures — cozy, well cared for and with all the details thought out with great affection. We felt at home from the first moment. Undoubtedly, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

terrific for two people, we stayed just over a week and were able to enact a strong sense of home, comfort, safety. its on a slightly busy street but the location is perfect and the apartment has everything one might need. would be useful to have a water filter

What a divine accommodation!!! Easily accessible, quiet, the view is exactly as shown in the photos, the room is exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and cozy! Mrs. Marli was a sweet person from start to finish and extremely attentive, decisive, and as I told her, I already arrived wanting to come back. And I'll definitely be back!

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. I thank Ana for all the information and availability.

Neide was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The space has a wonderful balcony with an incredible view. It was very peaceful and a nice place to recharge after a few hectic days of travel.

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you can't hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron steps and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and grocery stores very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz was always attentive to our questions.

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!
