Lovely apartment in Ipanema

Enjoy a charming and quiet space in the heart of Ipanema. Shops, trendy restaurants, markets, the best cafes and sophisticated or casual bars are a block and a half from the apartment. Cariocas like to explore Ipanema on foot, but we have a taxi stand and bike rack on the corner. The two Ipanema subway stations are equidistant two blocks from the apartment. And there is paid parking a block and a half away. Four blocks to the north, we have the beach, and four blocks to the south, we have the Lagoa.

Located 4 blocks from the beach in the safest area of Rio. Surrounded by famous restaurants and bars. Building with 24-hour surveillance. 70 m2 apartment, with exceptional view of the morro ¨Dos Irmaos¨ the most photographed of Ipanema. The apartment was recently renovated and decorated, very bright and fresh. It has a king size bedroom with a private bathroom and another bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom. Very important, it has 350 Mb WiFi speed. Excellent!!

Beautiful newly renovated apartment. Just 150 meters from the beach (position 8-9), with beautiful views of the square and in the distance to our left, the sea of Ipanema. The condominium is located in front of the General Osorio metro station, surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops of all kinds and supermarkets open 24-7. The apartment is quite safe, located on the fifth floor (with elevator) in a condominium with concierge service and video surveillance.
