This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

Estadia maravilhosa, apto limpo, decoração de bom gosto, muito bem localizado, próximo aos melhores bares, lojas e restaurantes. André é um super anfitrião, sempre muito gentil, educado e atencioso. Voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui com toda certeza.

This flat was fantastic. Everything has been thought of and is in top notch shape. AC and WiFi function great. The bed and furnishings were comfortable and felt brand new. Tons of closet space and even purified water have been considered. Communication with Claudia was fantastic. I had one “issue” that she reacted to immediately. A lamp wasn’t working so she quickly brought a new bulb. Turned out…the lamp was just unplugged :). The location is amazing. With this, it is off a main street so if you are a light sleeper, do bring a sound machine. The flat is the epitome of walkable. Basically in between Ipanema and Copacabana with all of the related restaurants and shopping you’d want, just steps away. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better location. My favorite was the grocery store just at the end of the block. Overall - really appreciated my visit and would happily stay again when visiting Rio!

O apartamento é perfeito. Lindo, moderno, preparado, limpo e confortavel. Valeu muito a pena. Bairro seguro e tranquilo.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

I just want to say, as a solo, young, female traveler (who speaks zero portuguese), i felt VERY safe and comfortable here, with the location and with the host. he was extremely helpful and responded fast. the place is the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, beaches, and to be picked up from uber right in front (uber comes within 1 minute after ordering!) HIGHLY recommend. the place gives very bachelor vibes, in the best way possible. very high-tech as well, but user-friendly. LOVE rio and will stay here again when i come back!

O apartamento é bastante confortável e bem decorado, exatamente como nas fotos. Ótima localização, pertinho da praia, com muitas opções de restaurantes, bares, açaí, além da padaria logo na esquina. E o ponto de taxi na esquina é bastante útil também. O único ponto negativo é que os sofás-cama são bastante duros e desconfortáveis. No geral, uma ótima opção para curtir Ipanema.

João e Rosane sempre atenciosos e gentis. O apartamento é super completo e muito bonito, sem falar na vista incrível! Super recomendo! 😃😃

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, possui todas as comodidades necessárias para uma ótima estadia (inclusive para longa permanência). Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia e próxima ao comércio (mercado, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes etc). A comunicação com Joaquim foi muito rápida e clara, ele sempre muito educado. Em uma próxima viagem ao RJ, ficarei no mesmo apto!

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!

O apartamento é confortável, espaçoso e estava super limpo. Por erro de comunicação minha, não solicitei um colchão para o meu filho de um ano, e prontamente recebi o colchão. A vista do nascer do sol, conforme fotos, é imperdível. Recomendo muito para quem gosta de fazer atividades no aterro, e pela proximidade com o Catete :)

A acomodação é exatamente o que se vê nas fotos, muito limpa e aconchegante. Tem tudo que precisamos para uma estadia tranquila. Super pertinho da praia (uma quadra), Leander e Glauce foram extremamente educados, proativos e flexíveis. Respondem rápido, trazem soluções e respostas para dúvidas. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, pena que durou pouco. A localização é perfeita. A vista incrível e o apartamento super aconchegante e espaçoso. Me senti em casa! Além disso o condomínio é super familiar, com informações claras e boa comunicação entre os funcionários. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos e maior que o esperado. Fica bem próximo da Olegario que tem exatamente os melhores bares, restaurantes e tudo que você precisa como: mercado, padaria, academia… Gostei bastante e nem queria ir embora kkk com certeza voltarei. Agradeço a Ana por todas as informações e disponibilidade.

Nossa estadia no apartamento da Neide foi maravilhosa! A comunicação com a Neide e Anna Carolina foi ótima, foram bem flexíveis com nosso check-in e check-out. O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso e super confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias pra passar um fim de semana muito agradável em 6 pessoas. As camas são confortáveis e o enxoval muito limpo. O apartamento é perfeitamente localizado, tornando possível a locomoção a pé tanto em Copacabana quanto em Ipanema. Estávamos em 6 meninas e nos sentimos muito seguras com a portaria e recepção 24 horas que levava muito a sério quem entrava no prédio, permitindo o acesso apenas de quem estava cadastrado. Muito obrigada Neide e Anna Carolina, adoramos a hospedagem e pretendemos voltar logo!

Alexandre er simpelthen den perfekte vært, altid behjælpelig før under og selv efter check outs. Selve lejligheden var der intet at sætte en finger på. Alt var perfekt, fra rengøring til indcheckning samt udcheckning. Den ligger stort set ned til stranden så beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Jeg nød mine små 14 dage der og kommer med stor sandsynlighed tilbage

Stayed with two friends and it was perfect! We loved having the washing machine and kitchen. Only complaint is the windows are not 100% sound proof and the street is a bit loud, but otherwise the apartment is lovely. Very walkable to the beach and many restaurants!

Simone y su equipo estuvieron siempre pendiente de nosotros. Hicimos una solicitud y nos atendieron en minutos. El apartamento bellísimo súper cómodo y lleno todas nuestras expectativas y mas. Pequeños detalles que hacen diferencia con ellos. Lo recomiendo 100% si quieres una estadía tranquila en Barra. Las toallas Y sábanas olían muy bien. Había algunas cosas para ayudarte a cocinar (aceite, sal, café, azúcar). En fin nos sentimos como en casa

We really appreciated Leo & Archanjo's help as we arrived early with lots of bags and no where to put them. They went out of their way to help us drop the bags early and this was a huge relief for us.
