Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arnolds Park

Beautiful place with a great view of the lake. So peaceful and perfect for our needs! We loved it so much, we’ve already booked next year!

This house was even better than the photos and was the perfect stay! Three families with 6 kids under 4 and it was absolutely perfect. The yard is beautiful and walking distance to a super awesome park and splash pad. Less than 10 min drive to beaches. We highly recommend and will be back!!

It was a great stay! We enjoyed the peaceful feel of being at the lake in a rather quiet, relaxed neighborhood. The house had all the accommodations we needed, and Sarah was a great host!

We had a great couples weekend in Okoboji and the house was so clean, and had everything you would ever need! It’s not far at all from okoboji and in such a nice area! Hosts were super kind and informational!

It was just what we were looking for…..quieter lake than those to the south but close enough to visit their amenities, sturdy & spacious dock, numerous places to sit outside, fun things to do inside & out. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud….so comfortable!! Beautiful setting to rewind with the family!

We had a great stay at Skyler’s place! This is a beautiful condo with so much space! The place was stocked with everything you couls possibly need and then some. Skyler was extremely responsive and friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you!

Great place to crash, over all clean, plenty of fresh towels! There are no closest or dressers though.. which I may have missed in the listing, but either way when you rent a house type space I feel as though you should have somewhere to put your belongings. Other than that, very affordable find!

We absolutely loved our stay at 704!!! The place is very homey, relaxing, and inviting. The location is quiet with a beautiful view of the lake across the street. There is even a playground across the street which is perfect for littles! I was able to go for a few walks while we were visiting so I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Kathi was very accommodating, kind, and very easy to communicate with! She even had toys for the kids play with as well as a high chair and a pack and play! I cannot not recommend Kathi and her place enough!! My husband is already planning our next trip to 704!!!

Stayed for about 2weeks with my brother had no issues jared taught us how to use the fireplace and was very friendly

Our family felt right at home. They had full accommodations, everything we needed as if staying at our own home. Everything was clean and functional. Being it is a basement apartment, you can occasionally here them walking on the upper floor, so hopefully we weren't to loud for them! Their stairs to the entry door were difficult for our grandmother, but Jesse accommodated by allowing us to walk through their yard on the opposite side to avoid the stairs. Would definitely stay again at this location.

Awesome place! Great hosts! Within walking distance to the perfect swimming beach for our 9 year old! Love it and will be back

This place was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. You can tell it’s really well taken care of, and the little touches made it feel like home. We were so comfortable the whole time — definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this property. I traveled with my elderly mother and her equally elderly sister. We originally booked the Brown's Bay unit on the 2nd floor, but upon arrival were moved to the Ellsion Bay unit on the first floor. What a kind and generous gesture. The apartment was spotless and we were especially grateful that keuirig cups and ground coffee were provided! The traffic noise is noticeable in the kitchen/living room area, but the bedrooms must be soundproofed - we all slept well each night despite it being a busy holiday weekend.

Matt was a great host, we had a fabulous time at the lake and this location is perfect and close to everything!

Our stay was awesome!! From the quick responses to the local tourist recommendations, Kathryn was an awesome host! We felt nice and cozy in cabin 179, and felt safe in the neighborhood area. Great house, great town!

We needed a place to unplug for a couple of days and it was perfect! Well equipped kitchen and charming nautical theme. Spacious backyard on a paved public trail. We visited off season to enjoy the quiet beaches, parks, coffee shops and a candy store.

Jill was amazing to communicate with. The house is awesome with great decor and fully equipped with everything you would need. The back patio with pond is so relaxing. House is located close to an entrance so easy to get in and out. We had a gret stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend. Thank you Jill for being so great to work with.

Kids absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Even had fishing poles for them to use and plenty of fish in the pond for them to catch and release. Hosts were great and very responsive.

this place was great, so accessible with lots of nice parking. Very close to Arnold's park and you are able to walk over to the bars or restaurants. Had everything that you needed in the house and very much appreciated!! You can tell this house is very well taken care of.
