Monthly Rentals in Armen

The apartment is nice and has a big balcony. The space was enough for the two of us to stay for a couple of months The host and his dad were responsive to any requests we had. The location is great with Jumbo and Haso and another couple of supermarkets around the corner along with the the stores selling fresh seafood. All the restaurants are right there on the main street and Sara Cafe below the apartment has inexpensive espresso and a cat on a leash. The waterfront is a 10 min walk. We enjoyed our stay and still go to that neighborhood eating and playing with the cat.

We had a wonderful stay at Renato’s place! The apartment was spotless, the air-conditioning worked perfectly (which was a lifesaver on hot days), and the beach was just a few steps away. It was also very quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The beach towels were such a thoughtful touch – they honestly made all the difference. Would definitely stay again!

Mesti is super responsive. The view from the accommodation is really superb and well located... and compensates for the small inconveniences: noise at night, difficult to park on Saturday night...

I stayed here for 4 months and can recommend this place. Host was very friendly and helped with any questions. Very convenient underground parking with elevator to any floor.
