Family-friendly vacation rentals in Armação de Pêra

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

Paulo is a fantastic host, our very first Air bnb ! We would definitely recommend as it was just the perfect holiday for us! Lots of walks and beaches are beautiful, all within a few minutes walk. A great small supermarket with Coffee bar again just a few minutes walk. Brilliant , loved it!

Good neighborhood, swimming pools and tennis courts on the territory of the complex. You definitely need a car to go to the beach and nearby towns Vladimir gave recommendations on where to go and was always in touch

It was a charming place to stay. It was big for two people and we felt right at home. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

This apartment was a dream for us while staying at Portimão, we felt immediately at home with the beautiful decoration, all the amenities we could need, spotless clean, good internet and a balcony with view to the beach. The apartment itself is 5 stars and we wished we could stay longer. The location is also perfect, very close with easily walkable distance to the beautiful beach of “os três irmãos”. Pedro was extremely nice, responsive and super helpful. We, a family of 3 with a 7 year old, were extremely happy and wishing to come back. Fantastic deal, thank you so much Pedro!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! Fantastic apartment, stunning views. Apartment itself very spacious with everything you can possibly need. All appliances high quality. Balcony very private and very quiet. Paula a great host. Silvia was always very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is perfect and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Lagos, 20 minutes from the beaches. Everything is available: beach towels, umbrella, beach toys... The welcome gifts are fabulous (breakfast, fridge almost full!!!...). I highly recommend it!

I stayed for 2 weeks. The perfect location , next to the beach, close to the centre of Old Town with a lot of restaurants. The best was a sea view from the balcony with having morning coffee and sunbathing during the sunny day. Apartment is in old building but is clean, has everything for the stay with plenty of towels, changing sheets and kitchen staff. Thank you Marco for hosting me!

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. Restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Great communication and very helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Manuel’s place. He was so welcoming and the apartment and pool were gorgeous. So peaceful and located in the heart of the algarve. We explored all along the coast and mountains from Monchique to Ria Da Formosa - which we highly recommended. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Cor and Lucia's apartment! The space was incredibly well-equipped, spacious, and spotless—everything we needed was right was available. The apartment felt like a true home away from home. Cor and Lucia were such kind and responsive hosts, always quick to communicate and eager to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were also warmly welcomed by Carla, who were both pleasant and extremely helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their guests' experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belas place. Great communication throughout and easy to find. Nice villa in a fantastic location, very private & peaceful. The salt water pool is amazing and the landscaping is lovely. We would definitely stay here again😊

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely furnished, modern flat in Albufeira marina. Clean and lots of natural light. Comfortable balcony with a view of the shared pool and the marina. Lots of restaurants right downstairs. Convenient parking spot in building. Anabela, the Host greeted us and was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom could use a makeover…the only outlet in the bathroom did not work, the bathtub drain was rusty and the shower curtain needs to changed. The kitchen is quaint and fully functional. The drip coffeemaker needs to be replaced or at least replace the filter. Thankfully, they also had a Nespresso coffee maker. Washer was a plus. If your stay is longer than a week, you will get fresh linens an towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay for the wedding festivities at the nearby Vila Alba Resort. Had everything we needed and more. Great space, details, and beautiful pool with peaceful surroundings. Host was great at communicating. Highly recommend!
