Welcome to vacation in Skåne! Lund is well located with proximity to many places to visit; museums, parks, nature reserves, restaurants, beaches (the closest about 10 km) and much more. In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. Bv: kitchen, living room with sofa bed 130cm and bathroom. Loft: bedroom, 2 beds. 6 min walk to the hospital, about 12 min t. Lund C. Parking space is available.

Welcome to this cosy country idyll where one is embraced by horse pastures. The peace. The silence. The beauty of the surrounding forests. Here you get close to both animals and fantastic nature. Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
