The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

This location is spectacular. At one end of the bay, you can either a ride or walk to the marina is relaxing and beautiful. The accommodation is impressive and prepared for a comfortable stay. Bikes, kayaks, sunbeds, paddleboards included. Thanks so much, we had the best stay! We dream of our return 🙏

We had an amazing family weekend!!!! The place is beautiful with a lot of calm and lots of greenery …. The apartment was fully equipped, we don't need anything extra! We had a great stay at Vaggelis's apartment! The terrace has a stunning view and the apartment is really cute and cosy. We had everything what we needed and our host always wanted to be sure if we're feeling good. We strongly recommend this apartment and Poros island! It's beautiful and romantic. The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

Great place to stay. The deck was wonderful and we spent every evening out there - having dinner and afterwards enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. The living room is huge, full of light and very spacious and well equipped. The nearby steps down to the beach take you to a secluded, private feeling place where you can jump in and snorkel.

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

In 63 years I have traveled extensively, in many countries, and this was overall the most beautiful surprise of any place my husband and I have rented. Our hosts, Vincent and Jean-Claude, were present, warm, generous and responsive, and the house and location are beyond magical. We will return every year, for certain.

Día is so welcoming, present for any advice we need, and always with a smile. She is a very beautiful person and we are very happy to have met her. We really recommend this house,so beautiful, so relaxing, with an amazing view. We will always remember this vacation.

We just loved Amalia and Costos. So friendly. We felt like family. Views are BEAUTIFUL!! Spetses is amazing just like Amalia. She even arranged a taxi for us to get back to port with our luggage and saw us off. Would love to stay there again.

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Very clean! When we came we were warmly welcomed by Anna and generous gifts: fresh fruit, homemade marmelades, olivoil from their farm, wine and more. Good snorkling nearby, we saw a lot of fish, octopus and a big turtle. Everything was perfect! Thanks! Aja and Michael

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

It was stunning. Its worth every penny. If you are looking for a place to relax we deffo recommend this place. The jacuzzi was hot and the water were clean and you get to have an amazing view of Acropolis with it. It looks better in person.

Marios is a fantastic host, he went above and beyond. I arrived late and he was there to greet me at the gate. He personally showed me to the studio and made sure I was well accommodated. Lovely sea views and lovely balcony to sit on and relax. If I ever travel to the area again I would definitely return to this Studio.

I had an amazing week at Chris's place. The apartment is clean, quiet and a great place for a week of remote working (which is what I was looking for). Very close to the beach, 3 supermarkets and countless restaurants nearby. I highly recommend. And Chris was a great host. He even came to pick me up from the train station despite being busy at work. I really appreciated that! All in all, a great experience!

Absolutely amazing stay! Timi & Francesco were incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts, with great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The apartment itself left me speechless — the level of cleanliness is truly exceptional and something you rarely come across. Everything was spotless, organized, and exactly as pictured (if not better!). The surroundings are stunning, with a peaceful vibe and a private beach just steps away — it really doesn’t get better than that. What you see is exactly what you get, and more. Within three minutes’ walk, you’re on a quiet, clean, gorgeous beach! This was one of the things that attracted us here, and it was even better than we had imagined! The incredible views from the terrace and the peaceful location were just what we were looking for. The apartment was perfect for us - comfortable bed, great shower, good kitchen. And the additional outside shower was brilliant! Elena was a wonderful host. So friendly, kind, and attentive. She and her parents made us feel so welcome! It was hard to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in Nafplio and the studio. It was well equipped and outstandingly clean . It was an easy walk from the town centre and everything thing we wanted to see was reachable either on foot or by the very affordable public transport. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, the stupendous views and watching the world on the waterfront and car park below. Thank you for our stay.
